
Our 34th Annual Conference was held at the beautiful
Chateau de Suduiraut in Bordeaux, France. It was hosted by Cecile Pannetier and Gert Jaap Schoppinck. With over 40 delegates, four international speakers and panel discussions.
Speakers included:
Mathias Ziegler, Professor at Humboldt University, Berlin; he was editor in chief of the European Journal of Psychological Assessment and is now the founding editor of Psychological Test Adaptation and Development. Mathias spoke about machine learning and the implications for test-based assessment.
Michal Losinski, Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business: Michal lead a discussion on how to make sense of modern AI.
Sara Zaniboni, Associate Professor or I/O Psychology, University of Bologna and at ETH in Zurich. Sara spoke about the current issues and new challenges with diversity at work. A in-depth longitudinal study.
