As the Managing Director of Facet5, Grant has dedicated over 15 years to advancing the understanding of personality in the workplace and its critical role in unlocking individual and organisational potential.

With a background that crosses sectors including Banking, Finance, Retail, Construction, Research, and Manufacturing, and extensive international experience from living and working in more than six countries, Grant brings a wealth of knowledge and a unique global perspective to the development of people. Originally from Australia, Grant has found his home in the United Kingdom, where he continues to lead the global operations of Facet5 from its head office.
